With summer being here, Mangoes are the first thing that comes to my mind. Raw or ripe ones, they taste amazing. There are so many varieties of mangoes. I remember, when I was a kid, my dad used to bring small, ripe mangoes which I and my sister used to suck it. Those were the childhood chill days… Depending on which part of India you stay, the type of mangoes also differ. Like in Bangalore, we get all varieties but Baiganpali is this regions mango.
