Easy Healthy Breakfasts
I believe in having a heavy breakfast that keeps you going for the entire day. So here are few of my favourite quick and easy to make breakfast.
- Oats with chia seeds and protein powder mixed with either warm water/milk
- Bread toast with peanut butter banana and flax seed/chia seeds.
- Tapioca with green chutney.
- Poha
- Oats poha with lots of vegeis
- Bread toast with poached eggs
