- Powdered Oats 1 1/2 cups
- Bakin Powder 3 1/2 teaspoons
- Eggs 2
- 3 Riped BananasDirections:
- Light roast your oats and grind them in a mixture.
- Mash the ripe bananas.
- Mix together oats flour, bananas and egg in a bowl.
- Heat a pan, add a little butter or oil(I used olive oil), then pour approximately 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Let it get brown on each side.
- Serve hot.
