Green Smoothie

We all want to stay healthy and best advice towards it is to never skip your breakfast. So, here is a very simple and healthy breakfast that anyone can make easily and head off to work.
Here’s the recipe to my favourite Green Smoothie:
Spinach+banana +XS whey protein + nuts+ oats+raisins. Super delicious
You can always spice it up by adding zucchini, ginger, kale, basil etc.
Spinach is rich in fiber and almost all micronutrients such as Niacin, Zinc, Vitamin A, C, E and K, Thiamine, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Copper and manganese.
As it has abundant flavonoids, it keeps cholesterol from oxidising and protects the body from free radicals. The Folate plays a cardio protective role and the magnesium helps lower blood pressure. One should have it lightly cooked as possible-juiced, souped, steamed or sauteed.
